Warped is an intimate view of pervasive negative thinking that illustrates behaviors of the mind while negative thoughts occur.

Features

The book depicts the behavior of negative thinking and stress. To research visuals, I conducted a survey to the student body for gathering the layman's loose interpretation of negativity and positivity. This survey was essential when proposing an abstract visualization of negativity. I used the information gathered in my surveys to determine visual cliches, gather quotable material for the text, and drive my secondary research.

Outcome

The final book appears lighthearted and welcoming and becomes juvenile in its typographic illustration. Three voices reside within the book: a positive, negative,
